Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore your Luciana Emilia piece, but we know that sometimes it doesn't work out!

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase and an email authorizing your return.

All custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
