Do you ship internationally? +
At this time we do not, however we are hoping to expand in the near future.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Our pieces typically take 3-5 weeks (or sooner) to be made and shipped. If an item is in stock or says ‘ready to ship’, it will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
What do I do if I need a piece sooner than 3-5 weeks? +

How can I track my order? +
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email. If for some reason you don’t receive an email, please email us directly and we are happy to assist.

What is the best way to care for my Luciana Emilia pieces? +
We recommend professional dry cleaning only.
How do I know what size I am? +
Please refer to our size guide here. If you’re in between sizes we suggest sizing up, as alterations can always be made. You may also email us at Luciana@LucianaEmilia.com for additional sizing assistance.
Do you do any custom sizing? +
We do not at this time.

Shipping

Our atelier hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email. All of our gowns are made-to-order and take 3-5 weeks before shipping. Once your gown has been made, shipping takes 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. We do not account for any delays caused by payment processing or item availability.

You will receive an email as soon as your gown has shipped with the tracking number corresponding to your order. To track your order, please follow the link in your confirmation email or click HERE.
